Automatic email marketing
is a system where you send predefined emails to your customers and in this way keeps you in touch with them and at the same time build your brand and promote the sale.
One of the most effective ways to convert your blog subscribers into paying customers is by using email autoresponder. In fact, you can get your visitors to opt-in for your email list in exchange of a free gift or something like that.
Email autoresponders are one of the best ways to convert your subscribers into customers via a series of follow-up messages.
However, if you want to inform your subscribers about an event or workshop, sign up online and send it to your lists with a few clicks. For those who have several websites, the software allows you to collect emails separately on five different websites.
Setting up the autoresponder will cost you $49.00 per year . You have probably spent more per year on your tea or coffee. Not to mention cigarettes. You will get quite a few new customers a year and easily cover this investment.

I am Bozidar, a hypnotherapy instructor and an entrepreneur for over 30 years.
Over the years, I have accumulated a wealth of business and therapeutic experience.
I notice that many of my students and other therapists find it a little challenging to find themselves in the business world.
Even though performing therapies is a noble job, it is basically a business. And we should treat our therapy practice as a business, from renting an office, writing invoices, and paying taxes. The word "thank you" hasn't paid any bills yet.
Most people would like to get to know the therapist a little more before they decide to visit.
Email marketing is ideal for this. Through relevant emails, the customer can get to know the therapist and then quickly decide on treatment. On the other hand, the therapist can prepare the future client for the first visit.
As far as I could find out, the non-use of email marketing is mostly a technical problem because it is necessary to intervene on the website. To a lesser extent, however, it is the therapist's laziness.
I went through both phases myself. That is why my team and I started developing an internet software years ago, in which we also included email marketing. The software is intended to boost the sales of small businesses, and with it, you can create sales pages, application forms, split test analyzes, etc. However, due to our own needs, we have also added a tool for efficiently sending emails.
Some questions you may have:
If I purchase your software, what exactly do I get?
When ordering, you receive the access to the online application we have developed. This online software has many additional options that you can use later, but the most important is the email autoresponder.
When using an autoresponder, you have two options:
1. You can inform subscribers daily about your upcoming workshops, seminars, webinars, and the like.
2. Automatically send prepared emails to your database throughout the year.
How many emails can I send?
The hosting company that set up your website will tell you your sending limit. Usually, it is maxed at 2000 per day.
You can also opt for an external provider. I use Amazon SES . Sending 100,000 emails will cost you $ 10, which is practically free.
Can I check how many people have opened the emails?
Yes. The system has statistics showing open emails, unsubscriptions, and errors.
Do you show your logo at the end of the email, as some free software does?
No. The system is entirely neutral. Yet, it is recommended that your email signature contains company information and an unsubscribe option.
I have two websites. Can I use your autoresponder email for both?
Yes. The email autoresponder can be used separately for five different websites. Everything is autonomous.
Can I refer to my subscribers by name?
Absolutely. Email personalization is part of the email autoresponder.
Bozidar, What about if I find your email autoresponder system is not right for me?
No problem. You have a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee.
What is SMTP?
The Simple Mail Transfer Protocol is a communication protocol for electronic mail transmission. As an Internet standard, SMTP was first defined in 1982 by RFC 821 and updated in 2008 by RFC 5321 to Extended SMTP additions, which is the protocol variety in widespread use today. (Wikipedia)
You need SMTP settings when using the funnel2go application.
You have several options:
Use SMTP from your internet domain
If you already have an internet domain, you can set up email sending. Contact your ISP to receive the address's SMTP information. Be careful because you are only allowed to send about 2,000 emails per day, which should be enough for smaller campaigns.
Price/cost: included in the domain
Use your Gmail address
Typically, Gmail allows somewhere up to 100 emails sent per day via Gmail SMTP.
Google workspace (ex g-suit)
With google workspace, you can send up to 10,000 emails in 24 hours. However, this can vary, depending on the number of user licenses in your Google Workspace account. Check other prices here:
Price/Cost: USD 6.00 $ Business starter.
Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) is probably the cheapest way to send emails. For $ 10, you can send an estimated 100,000 emails. Another advantage is that there are no fixed costs. You're paying only what you send. Check the SES price !
Price/cost: 0.10 $ / 1000 emails
There are still many companies that provide SMTP s ervices. I've listed only the most popular and also the cheapest. Other providers start their bidding somewhere from $ 30 / month upwards. You have to decide for yourself, depending on your business and needs.
The concept of autoresponders is that you don't have to manually send emails to different registered contacts. You can compose a certain number of emails with meaningful content and then set the shipping time frames. What does that mean? Let's say you want to send an email once a month. You can compose 12 emails for the whole year, and then the system will start sending them automatically.
Here, you have three options.
1.Sequential sending of emails to an existing database
You already have an email database and you want to start sending it to everyone once a month. Check the AFTER CREATION option and choose CUSTOM. Enter the number of days delay. If you have 12 emails, send 12 autoresponders with different delays. For example, The first responder with 0 delays will be sent immediately. The second responder with a 30-day delay will be sent after 30 days. And so on.
2.Sequential sending of emails to daily subscribers.
In this case, we have created an email page where people can sign up for news every day. We want to start sending them a sequence of emails, so we are going to check the box after submission and choose a sequence of days: 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, etc. For every sequence, another email autoresponder.
3.Send to all individuals immediately.
You have prepared an event or workshop and you want to immediately inform everyone registered about the new matter. In this case, tick Send Now in the schedule. When you activate the responder, it will send an email to all subscribers. On the right side, select the list of subscribers.
I want to talk a little bit about the email style. There are two options: personal or corporate. The more personal style works much better for me: we got 15 times more responses than with the corporate email. Another form of email is corporate — as in a newsletter. Try both and decide for yourself which works best.

SPAM and Email marketing
If you're an entrepreneur who's just getting started, the last thing you want is to be bogged down with legalities. But if your email gets flagged as spam, that's exactly what happens. Avoid the hassle of dealing with blacklisted emails by learning all about email spam and how to avoid it.
How to Avoid Going in the Spam Folder
Did you know that six out of every 10 emails sent are spam — or worse, end up in a spam folder? While there’s no substitute for good content and a quality message, there are a few tricks you can use to ensure that your email campaigns don't end up in the spam folder.
1. Warm your email
It is a known fact that there are certain email providers who automatically mark your email as spam. This happens because they scan your emails and check them against a spam database. And if you have not warmed up your emails with them, the risk of getting into their spam folder is very high.
You should have some email traffic on your email account, before sending out hundreds of emails. Send emails to your friends and ask them if they can take them out of the spam folder and mark them trusted and respond back to you. In this way, you are increasing your email reputation.
Then slowly increase your daily quota of email. After 2 - 3 weeks you are ready to send out to the entire email list.
In funnel2go you should use also the number of emails in one round so the system will split your list into several parts.
2. Check your email quality
SPAM filters are allergic to some words, too much linking, etc.
You can use this tool:
A high bounce rate is the result of sending emails to multiple addresses that are no longer valid on a consistent basis. This not only affects your deliverability, but also impacts your sender reputation, which can eventually lead to a mail server block.
It's true: cleaning up your email list is one of the most important things you can do to protect your email sender reputation.
